The next Plaza Board of Director's meeting is to be determinied.  All meetings are held at the offices of Full Circle HOA in the Granita Building at 560 Mountain Village Blvd, #102B, Mountain Village, CO.   Full Circle will post a notice & agenda to this website prior to the meeting date.  Please also check this website for past meeting minutes.

Owners are welcome to attend board meetings.  As required by law, owners are given the opportunity to speak prior to an action being taken by the board.  In addition, every meeting has a place on the agenda to review issues raised by Owners.  You may join meetings by conference call by dialing the toll free number 800-977-8002, then enter the participant conferenc code 866930#.
